Scope of Application:
This Code of Conduct applies to all the businesses including UK and Pakistan of Multiwear Garments (Pvt) Limited.
Multiwear Garments undertakes to comply with all national and international/ILO’s laws and regulations applicable to its activity, which includes the following:
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT
Multiwear Garments operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to worker’s health & safety, and the environment.
CHILD LABOUR
Child labour is not permitted in the company. For this, the minimum age allowed is 18 years.
FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
Workers are free to join associations of their own choosing. Sarena recognizes and respects the right and does not interfere with workers who wish to lawfully and peacefully associate, organize or bargain collectively.
DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES
Respect among all employees is one of the company’s main principles. Any kind of disrespectful or violent behavior, such as verbal or physical offenses, is not allowed.
WAGES & BENEFITS
Multiwear Garmetns provides all legally mandated holidays, leaves, benefits and bonuses, such as official holidays, annual leaves, sick leaves, maternity leaves, social security, old age benefits.
NO DISCRIMINATION
Multiwear Garments employs and treat workers on the basis of their ability to do the job, not on the basis of their personal characteristics or beliefs. All employees are treated irrespective of their gender, race, colour, language, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religious beliefs, political opinion, marital status, disability, property, age, sexual orientation or any other association.
FORCED LABOUR
MW Garmetns ensures that there is no form of forced labour, whether it be human trafficking, involuntary prisoned labour, indentured labour, bonded labour or otherwise.
HARASSMENT & ABUSE
MW Garmetns treats its employees with dignity & respect, and does not engage in or tolerate bullying, harassment, intimidation, violence, corporal punishment, physical and/or mental abuse or other forms of coercion.
WORKING HOURS
MW Garments ensures that all hours of work comply with all applicable laws and standards ands and does not exceed with the maximum allowed limits.
MIGRANT WORKERS
Migrant people have the same rights and duties as local people and those in the organization, whether for remuneration, hiring, access to training, or other social criteria mentioned in this Code of Conduct, safeguarding compliance with the law in force.

It is not intended to and does not create any rights in any employee, supervisor, officer, management, supplier, borrower, competitor, or any other person/entity.
